Superior Heat Resistance and Insulation

Engineered for extreme temperature environments, our ceramic fiber cloth sustains up to 1260C. Its low thermal conductivity minimizes heat loss, ensuring efficient insulation for industrial furnaces, gaskets, and high-temperature piping. The product resists thermal shock, making it reliable for long-term operation where heat management is crucial.

Versatile Industrial Applications

With customizable sizing, the cloth suits a variety of tasksfrom heat-resistant gaskets to wrapping pipes and sealing furnace doors. Its high GSM and woven ceramic fiber construction offer mechanical strength, while the non-treated, uncoated finish allows for further adaptation if necessary. Designed to serve industrial users such as manufacturers and exporters in India.

FAQs of Signature Ceramic Fiber Cloth:

Q: How is the Signature Ceramic Fiber Cloth typically installed in high-temperature applications?

A: The cloth is often wrapped directly around pipes or inserted between furnace panels, cut and shaped as needed to fit the installation. Its woven flexibility and roll form make cutting and handling straightforward, and installation does not typically require special tools.

Q: What benefits does the uncoated, non-treated surface provide?

A: An uncoated, non-treated surface maintains the cloths flexibility and maximizes its thermal insulation properties. It allows for easier customization, ensuring it adapts well to various industrial requirements without introducing chemicals that could interfere in sensitive environments.

Q: When should industries consider using ceramic fiber cloth over other insulation materials?

A: Ceramic fiber cloth is recommended when applications demand resistance to very high temperatures (up to 1260C), flame resistance, and low thermal conductivity. It is especially suitable for situations where lightweight, flexible, and easy-to-install insulation is essential.

Q: Where is this product most commonly applied?

A: Signature Ceramic Fiber Cloth is used in industrial furnaces, as gaskets for sealing, in wrapping high-temperature piping, and for fireproofing applications. It is commonly selected by industries such as metalworking, petrochemical, and power generation.

Q: What is the manufacturing process of this ceramic fiber cloth?

A: The cloth is produced by weaving high-purity ceramic fiber threads, resulting in a fabric that combines mechanical integrity with thermal insulation. The process yields rolls of cloth with uniform density and consistent thickness, ranging from 2 mm to 5 mm.

Q: How does low thermal conductivity benefit high-temperature insulation?

A: Low thermal conductivity slows heat transfer, thereby reducing energy losses and maintaining temperature stability inside furnaces or pipelines. This property enhances energy efficiency and improves process control in industrial settings.
